What it is and why it helps
Communication & Event Audit Trail helps review recorded requests and file changes on one subcontractor record.
How to use it
- Open a company record.
- Select its history tab.
- Review event dates, including recorded requests, uploads, edits, and removals.
- Return to Documents to inspect the current file or follow up.
What history includes
The screen loads up to 100 recent audit events for the company and its currently attached documents. A send event does not prove the recipient opened the email.
Some actions do not record events. Removing a document can affect which related events appear here. There is no general user-facing audit export or complete historical-file browser.
