What it is and why it helps
An invitation connects a recipient with a specific questionnaire version, letting you follow progress without giving them workspace access.
How to use it
- Choose the invitation action for a saved available form.
- Enter company and email, optional deadline/message, and an existing subcontractor if applicable.
- Send and open its application record.
- Adjust deadline/reminders there, or use manual reminder and revoke controls.
Deadlines and reminders
The deadline is a requested completion date, not link expiry. New access lasts at least 90 days and at least 30 days beyond the deadline. Extending a deadline can extend access.
Automatic reminders run at seven, three, and zero days before the deadline. They skip newly created same-day invitations, unavailable invitations, and completed applications not needing corrections. Manual reminders are deduplicated per application per day.
Delivery and access
The record shows attempts and available delivery information. Accepted is different from Delivered. Retry failed attempts from the application when appropriate. Recorded bounces, complaints, or suppression can prevent sending.
Revoking disables applicant access and attempts a notice. Archiving a form prevents new invitations but does not revoke existing ones.
