What it is and why it helps
Identify the part of the workflow needing attention. Keep the original invitation email and avoid repeated payment attempts while confirmation is pending.
How to use it
- Read the error message.
- Check the topic below.
- Correct the file, field, or access issue and retry.
- If it continues, use feedback or support with a short description, omitting passwords and private links.
Sign-in and verification
Use your registered email/password. Signup uses eight-digit codes; request a fresh code when expired. Password recovery uses a separate link. Incomplete accounts return to onboarding; invitations require matching email.
Uploads and private links
Compliance accepts PDF/JPG/PNG up to 10 MB; prequalification up to 3 MB with matching file content. Save conditional answers before uploading when necessary.
Ask for another link when expired, revoked, or used. If an upload succeeded but status is unexpected, review expiration and refresh.
Email delivery
Check recipient email and spam. Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Prequalification screens show attempts and available delivery status; retry failed mail there when appropriate. Ask support about continued suppression.
CSV imports
Use CSV, map name/email, and inspect validation. Duplicate file emails are skipped and existing contacts reused. Capacity can skip rows; download and review the error report.
Billing and allowances
Only the owner manages subscriptions. Expired trial or capacity limits block additions. Refresh Billing after checkout while confirmation arrives.
Contact support for pending-checkout messages rather than starting another payment. Prequalification allowances and ongoing roster capacity are separate.
