Billing & plans

Understand the trial, roster limits, checkout, and billing management.

What it is and why it helps

Compliance plans limit active subcontractors. The organization owner manages subscriptions through Billing.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings → Billing to review plan, period, and roster usage.
  2. The owner selects an available subscription to open hosted checkout.
  3. Complete checkout and return; refresh if confirmation is pending.
  4. Use billing management to open the customer portal for available subscription, payment, and invoice controls.

Trial and roster limits

The trial lasts 14 days. Starter is configured at $29/month for up to 25 active subcontractors; Professional at $49/month for up to 100. Confirm final amounts and taxes at checkout.

Selecting a trial plan changes capacity without restarting the trial. Archived companies do not use active-roster slots. Adding, importing, or transferring a file that creates a company can be blocked at capacity.

Checkout and management

Only the owner manages subscriptions. Online availability depends on site configuration. Existing customers with open subscriptions are directed to the portal rather than creating another subscription.

Returning from checkout does not itself grant access: confirmation updates the workspace. If a checkout awaits confirmation, follow its message rather than repeatedly starting payments.

When access changes

Additions require an unexpired trial or confirmed active paid subscription with a future period end. Expired, past-due, unpaid, incomplete, and canceled states do not grant additions.

Existing prequalification remains accessible independently of ongoing compliance billing. File transfer into tracking requires current compliance access. Trial expiry does not imply records are deleted.
