COI tracking spreadsheet

Download an Excel tracker with expiration formulas and a dashboard.

What it is and why it helps

Download an Excel workbook with a company sheet, expiration formulas, instructions, and a summary dashboard.

How to use it

  1. Choose size or enter a custom whole-number row count from 1 to 500.
  2. Select columns; Company and Status are required.
  3. Generate XLSX and save it.
  4. Open in a compatible spreadsheet app, enter contacts/dates, and review formulas.

Workbook status rules

Unused company rows are ignored. A blank selected expiration produces Missing; otherwise the earliest selected date determines Expired, Expiring Soon within 30 days, or Current. Follow its Instructions sheet.

These formulas are separate from the app's uploaded-file rules. The workbook cannot verify collected files or send emails.

Moving to SubCada

Export relevant contact columns as CSV before importing. The importer does not ingest the XLSX dashboard or attach files from the workbook.
