Privacy & document access

Understand private links, shared files, and sensitive attachments.

What it is and why it helps

Know who can access a file before collecting or sharing it. Workspace records and private collection links serve different audiences.

How to use it

  1. Share collection links only with intended recipients.
  2. Use your workspace for company compliance records.
  3. Mark sensitive prequalification questions before inviting applicants.
  4. Read the privacy policy and contact support for access or erasure requests.

Workspace file access

Compliance files are shared with organization members. Prequalification applications/files are restricted to the owner and workspace administrators. Sensitive attachments cannot transfer into ordinary tracking.

Downloads use temporary URLs, not permanent file addresses. No automatic insurance-content verification is provided.

SubCada can use masked session recordings to understand product interactions. Recording is configured to mask text and input values and block images and embedded content. Account, billing, administration, upload and prequalification flows are excluded from recording. Read the Privacy Policy and contact support with data-handling questions.

Archiving and deletion

Archiving preserves records. Removing a requirement and erasing stored files are different operations. The repository establishes no user-facing account-deletion control or automated retention period.

Contact the footer support email for removal requests. This article does not create new retention periods or security guarantees beyond verified behavior.
